Commercial Airlines Hope to get 1 Percent of Fuel from Biofuels by 2015



Fuel used by commercial airlines may include about 1 percent from biofuels by 2015, according to Bloomberg News.

British Airways Plc and Continental Airlines Inc. are testing jet fuels made using a variety of biomass feedstocks.

Right now biofuels are not used by any airline on regularly scheduled flights.
