Minnesota, S.America Ethanol Partners?



Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty believes ethanol researchers in the state could partner with South American groups working on next-generation ethanol technology. Pawlenty told a conference call with reporters the relationship would have to be a two-way street, and would have to make sure Minnesota's interests are protected.
