County in New York Hopes to Supply E85

Orange County, N.Y. plans to begin supplying E85 for its government flexible-fuel vehicles, the Middletown Times Herald-Record in Middletown, N.Y. said. "The E85 blend it would pump at its Department of Public Works complex in Goshen consists of up to 85 percent ethanol and 15 percent gasoline -- a rare fuel in the U.S. outside the Midwest, where most of it is produced," the Herald-Record said.
