Australian firm Algae Tec Ltd plans to list on the Australian Securities Exchange and has signed two deals, in Australia and China, to deploy technology that can be used to generate biofuels from algae, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. Algae Tec plans to make an initial public offer of 37.5 million shares, set to close Sept. 17 and is expected to be followed by an ASX listing at the end of September.
