Chinese Crushing Companies Agree to Buy $2.3 Billion of Beans

Chinese crushing companies agreed to buy $2.3 billion worth of soybeans on Monday, equivalent in value to what they agreed to buy at a similar signing ceremony last fall. Total tonnage increased due to lower prices.
