Poet's Iowa Plant on Track, Despite Proposed RFS Cut

While the U.S. Environmental Protection considers a cut to the Renewable Fuel Standard, Poet-DSM said it continues to make progress on a cellulosic-ethanol plant in Emmetsburg, Iowa.
