U.S. Could Benefit From Egypt's New Wheat Moisture Limit
Russia, Ukraine and the U.S. are likely beneficiaries of Egypt's decision to now accept wheat with no more than 13% average moisture. The change would shut out French wheat, which has an average moisture content of 13.5%.
