Wet Weather Has Some Farmers Treading Water

Rains throughout much of the month have prevented Cromwell, Indiana, farmer Lane Robinson from getting into his fields to spray. Meanwhile, it's turned drier in western Nebraska, allowing Leon Kriesel to plant proso millet and grain sorghum.
