U.S. Commerce Department Cites Mexican Government Subsidies on Imports

U.S. sugar growers win an early round in a ruling by the U.S. Commerce Department citing that imported Mexican sugar is being subsidized by the Mexican government. That opens the door for the U.S. to impose countervailing duties on the sugar.
