Blame Bigger Rains for Frequent Drainage Problems

Big rain events became all too commonplace earlier this summer. Those 5-, 7- or 9-inch rains caused more than one flood in corn/soybean country and plenty of finger-pointing. Farmers and drain tile are often at the end of the accusations.
