Agency Withdraws Rule as EPA, Scientists, Farmers Weigh in on Biotech Crops

USDA announced in the Federal Register on Wednesday that it was withdrawing proposed regulatory changes on biotech crops. The department withdrew a proposed rule that had been in regulatory purgatory since 2008.
