Southern Plains Moisture Outlook
This week's weather system moving out of Mexico into south Texas does indeed have some moisture for the southern Plains wheat areas, but as we have seen many times with these events, the amounts will vary a great deal.
Following is a rundown of forecast precipitation amounts from our DTN proprietary forecast model produced Tuesday morning January 8. All amounts are as liquid and noted in inches. There will be very little snow from this system.
