Spot ethanol prices were mostly lower Friday on limited demand and falling Chicago Board of Trade corn futures and New York Mercantile Exchange RBOB futures. Prompt transfer ethanol at the Argo supply hub was talked at a $1.46 to $1.475 per gallon bid/ask, down 0.25 cents. Chicago Rule 11 ethanol was talked at a $1.45 to $1.51 per gallon bid/ask, down 1.0 cent.

New York Harbor April barges were discussed at a $1.55 to $1.55 per gallon bid/ask, down 0.5 cent, while prompt northern California ethanol was bid at $1.63 per gallon, down 5.0 cents on the day.
