Paper and physical ethanol prices edged up Monday amid talk of tight supply, with volatility rising due to speculative activity. Inventories were likely drawn down and domestic output expected to have declined for the week-ended Apr. 4, said trade sources, adding warm weather would boost fuel demand and shipping. Prompt Argo ethanol was talked at a $3.05 gallon while prompt New York Harbor ethanol barge traded at $3.39 gallon, both up 4.0cts.
