U.S. spot ethanol prices were mixed in early Monday afternoon trade, with Chicago area values rebounding from last week's selloff amid oversold market conditions while New York prices edged lower ahead of inventory data that's expected to show a third weekly increase for U.S. supply. New York Harbor barged December ethanol was pegged 4.5cts lower on the day at $2.50 gallon while today transfer ethanol at Argo terminal near Chicago was valued at a $2.10 to $2.12 gal bid/ask, up 3.0cts on the day.
