Analyst sees the tendency for holiday travel to provide a bump in gasoline demand, which should lend support for ethanol prices.

"I'm pretty bullish ethanol values this week as I think we started a new month and energy prices should be supported this month," Jason Ward, market analyst for Northstar Commodity of Minneapolis, Minn. told DTN this morning.

"The Chinese PMI number was viewed as supportive to commodities in general and as long as we can see some agreements on fiscal cliff I think the general theme of the grain and energy complex looks to be positive for the month of December."
