Jamerson Joins Osage Bio Energy's Board of Directors

Osage Bio Energy elected former VeraSun Energy Corp. president and director, and current Mascoma Corp. Chairman Bruce Jamerson to Osage Bio Energy's board of directors, according to a news release published at BusinessWire.com.

Jamerson was invited by Osage and First Reserve Corp. to be the company's first independent board member.

Jamerson also is chairman of the board of Mascoma affiliate, Frontier Renewable Resources, LLC, which is developing a commercial scale cellulosic ethanol plant in Kinross, Mich.
