Schneider, Ind. Confirmed as Ethanol Plant Site

Powers Energy of America announced Wednesday that it will build a $285-million garbage-to-ethanol plant in Schneider, Ind., according to the Gary Post Tribune in Gary, Ind.

Company CEO Earl Powers said the company has signed an agreement to buy 275 acres of land along U.S. 41.
