Farm Groups Laud Deal Ending Long-Standing Dispute with Brazil

The U.S. government agreed on Wednesday to pay $300 million to the Brazilian Cotton Institute to settle the trade dispute between the United States and Brazil in the World Trade Organization over U.S. cotton subsidies.
