KANSAS CITY, Mo. (DTN) -- DTN was granted a 13-minute interview with EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy prior to her July 10 speech before the Agricultural Business Council of Kansas City. During that speech, McCarthy answered questions about the proposed Clean Water Act rule that redefines waters of the U.S. The following Q & A comes from the 13-minute one-on-one interview.
