Today, a warm front will lift northward across the region with rain showers spreading across western and central portions of Kentucky and Tennessee. This evening and tonight, rain showers will continue to push northeastward through the rest of Kentucky and northern Tennessee. Some freezing rain will occur in portions of the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. Ice accretion of a trace to 0.10 inches will be possible.
