Mixed trade is expected to develop through the cattle complex while lean hog futures are likely to remain defensive once again early Monday. It is uncertain just how much of an impact lower cattle placements can have on markets holding limit down shifts late last week. Expanded limits are now in play in the cattle complex which could add another dimension to the already uncertain market. Corn futures are trading lowerin light trade in early trade. Stock markets are lower in light trade. Dow Jones is 58 points lower, while Nasdaq is down 14 points.
