Electronic Trade Summary: May soybeans are 2 1/4 cents higher, May canola is $1.30/mt higher, May HRS is 3 cents higher and May corn is unchanged. The Canadian dollar is 30 basis points lower.

Outside Markets:

Friday's equity markets in Canada finished lower for the third day in a row with declining metals and energy futures weighing on related equity issues. The TSX ended 57 points lower at 14,812. Asian markets finished higher on Monday, with China's Shanghai Composite up 2.6% and Japan's Nikkei up .7%. European markets are also higher, as are Dow futures with a 23 point-gain overnight.
