OMAHA (DTN) -- December corn is down 3 3/4 cents, November soybeans are down 11 3/4 cents, and December Chicago wheat is down 7 cents. Grains have turned lower since the 8:30 bell with commercial selling seen in soybeans. Tuesday's weather is mostly clear across the Corn Belt and temperatures are expected to stay safely warm for the rest of September, a generally favorable outlook for harvest that is keeping prices under bearish pressure.
