Morning CME Globex Update: July corn is down 1/2 cent, July soybeans are down 3/4 cent, and July K.C. wheat is up 8 1/4 cents. At 8 a.m., USDA announced that 125,000 metric tons (4.9 mb) of corn were sold to South Korea. Before the announcement, July K.C. wheat was trading higher with ongoing drought in the southwestern Plains and traders reluctant to hang on to short positions ahead of the three-day weekend while fighting escalates in Ukraine.
