OMAHA (DTN) -- As we near the close, July corn is down 3 1/4 cents, July soybeans are up 5 3/4 cents, and July Chicago wheat is down 13 3/4 cents. Corn prices continue to show little response to EPA's proposed changes in the ethanol mandates, but July soybean oil is up 1.31, holding higher after EPA proposed increases in the biodiesel mandate. July Chicago wheat is on track for its lowest close in three weeks, pressured by generally favorable growing conditions outside of the U.S. Southern Plains.
