OMAHA (DTN) -- As we near the close, December corn is up 10 cents, November soybeans are up 21 1/4 cents, and December Chicago wheat is up 8 1/2 cents. All three grains are pressing higher, taking advantage of USDA's news of slow harvest progress to trigger a short-covering rally. Commercial buying is also evident in soybeans with some relief that China's GDP was up a better-than-expected 7.3% in the third quarter from a year ago.
