DECATUR, Ill. (DTN) -- I have always loved a good rain. As a child, I was taught it was a reason for celebration. We danced in it. We rolled our pant legs up and splashed in puddles and squished mud through our toes. Folks who dash inside to avoid a few sprinkles perplex me.
