OMAHA (DTN) -- Drier for the western Midwest and Northern Plains, some precipitation in the Southern Plains, favorable conditions for the eastern Midwest, more rain needed in Argentina, favorable weather for Brazil, warmer, drier for South Africa, higher-than-normal temperatures for Ukraine and Russia, and beneficial rains for India and Pakistan are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.
