OMAHA (DTN) -- More moisture needed for the western Midwest, an increased chance for precipitation for the Southern Plains, precipitation for the eastern Midwest, no significant precipitation for the Northern Plains, dry conditions in Argentina, an extended dry spell in southern Brazil, cooler weather for South Africa, and a warm outlook for Ukraine and Russia are the main weather items for the commodity trade's attention Tuesday.
