Pesticide Suit Deadline Nears

OMAHA (DTN) -- Intervenors in a major pesticides lawsuit against EPA that could determine farmers' ability to use hundreds of chemicals across the country, said Wednesday that chances were dwindling for a settlement to be reached in the case by the Nov. 1 deadline set by the court.
