US Energy Initiatives, Methes JV to Build Biodiesel Plant

STREATOR, Ill. (DTN) -- U.S. Energy Initiatives Corp. said Tuesday it formed a joint venture with Methes Energies Canada Inc. to build small-scale biodiesel plants across the United States.

Under the agreement, Methes Energies, a biodiesel equipment producer and provider, will provide Denami 600 modular processor technology for the biodiesel facilities.

U.S. Energy Initiatives plans to center on biodiesel this year, then later on its oil and gas technologies.
