Not much has changed since last week. Milk production continues to increase in some areas of the country while others have passed the seasonal peak. Demand seems to have been steady with buyers less aggressive on the spot market until Thursday when they came to the market wanting to gain ownership of cheese. This propelled futures higher, stemming the steady downtrend of the past two weeks. Caution reigns as traders fear the price rally may not last.
