Last week, milk production in the South, Southwest and West was increasing while the rest of the country showed little growth and in some cases reduction in production. That is now behind, and all areas of the country show milk production improving with better weather. Manufacturers are unable to get much extra milk due to strong bottling demand, but in many cases many would not want extra supply at this time.
