Class I milk demand is steady. Bottlers are taking steps to find buyers for extra milk that will be available over the Thanksgiving holiday. Manufacturers will welcome the extra milk to increase manufacturing output. The current market seems to be teetering as demand may nearly be filled while at the same time good demand is keeping buying active. Milk production is slowly improving, but yet not enough to satisfy all demand and eliminate premiums paid for any available milk.
