USDA estimates milk production next year to increase 400 million pounds over their previous estimate in September. Production is now expected to reach 204.9 billion pounds. Lower feed prices are expected to have a definite impact on milk production. USDA also adjusted milk prices for 2014. Class III price was lowered 30 cents to the range of $16.85-$17.75. Class IV price was increased 10 cents to range from $18.60-$19.60. The all-milk price was lowered 10 cents to the range of $19.30-$20.20. There will be plenty of corn available for feeding.
