Milk

Despite milk production being slightly lower than last year, there is sufficient supply to go around. Much of the country has seen milk production reach a peak due to weather or feed supply. Milk production could remain steady for an extended period of time as cows settle in for the time being. New forage supply could boost production a bit, but this increase will be limited. For all practical purposes, spring flush may be about done for this year.
