Milk

Milk production remains steady for the most part with little change over the past week. There most likely may not be much increase until some better forage comes in for many states that have been lagging on hay growth. However, a steady milk production should keep milk prices higher for the time being. If production surges and inventories continue to build, there could be a retracement in prices as the market will need to stimulate greater buying interest.
