Midday Market Update:

Spot cheese was void of any activity today. Buyers and sellers seemed to be planning what they are going to do this weekend rather than doing any business in the spot market. Block and barrel price remained unchanged at $1.96. Butter showed activity of two loads traded and price declining 1/2 cent to $2.16 1/4 and an uncovered offer left on the board.
