Midday Market Update:

Class III futures were trading higher prior to spot trading, but took off during and after the trading period. It certainly was not justified by underlying cash price movement. Block cheese prices remained steady at $1.67 1/2 with one load traded. Barrel price increased 1/2 cent to $1.65 with no loads traded. Unfilled bids for two loads were posted pushing price higher.
