Midday Market Update:

Spot cheese trading was brief Wednesday with one bid each placed in blocks and barrels. Barrel prices remained unchanged while blocks increased 1/4 cent to $1.60 1/2. An unfilled bid for a load of blocks and a load of barrels was posted without any selling interest. Prices may have reached a level at which sellers are loath to unload product.
