SOYBEAN MEAL: $2.60 Lower
LIVE CATTLE: $0.20 Higher
DOW JONES: 98 Points Higher
NASDAQ: 1 Points Higher
CRUDE OIL: $0.74 Lower

Midday Market Update:

Cash prices continued to slip with lower prices seen in all categories. Block cheese was able to hold above $1.60 with a limited decline of 1/2 cent. There were three loads traded and one unfilled bid at the closing price. One has to wonder how long before it could fall below that level given the current market weakness.
