GENERAL COMMENTS:

Livestock futures are expected to remain very lightly traded Friday following the holiday break. The light trade volume could spark some wider shifts in prices through the session, but overall very little direction is expected. Corn futures are trading higher in early trade. The stock market is trading higher. Dow Jones is 93 points higher, and Nasdaq is up 22 points.
