GENERAL COMMENTS:

Livestock futures are called mixed with cattle futures holding moderate gains in front of opening pit trade. Lean hog futures are currently mixed in a narrow range with nearby gains being offset by pressure in the deferred contracts. Corn futures are trading mixed in early electronic trade. Stock markets are lower in light trade.
