GENERAL COMMENTS:

Light cattle trading developed in parts of the South at $119, steady with last week. On the other hand, the North remained untested with feedlot managers essentially ignoring bids as high as $193. Nominal asking prices remained firm at $121-plus in the South and $197-plus in the North.
