MARKET SUMMARY

HRS Wheat closed 7 to 9 1/4 cents lower, corn ended 3 to 4 1/2 lower, soybeans finished 6 1/2 to 16 1/4 lower while canola closed $1.80 to $2.60/mt lower.

OUTSIDE MARKETS

The TSX is 77 points lower at 13,611, following triple-digit losses in the Dow. Markets are reacting to a U.S. Federal Reserve announcement which will further reduce the monthly bond buying program by $10 billion. The Canadian dollar is 2 basis points higher at $.8960 CAD/USD, while the U.S. dollar is .018 higher at 80.675. Gold is $13.80 higher at $1,264.60/ounce. Crude oil is 21 ...
