MARKET SUMMARY

HRS wheat moved 10 1/4 to 13 1/4 cents higher, corn closed 5 3/4 to 6 cents higher, soybeans finished 3 1/4 to 9 1/4 cents higher, while canola ended the day $4.10 to $4.80/mt higher.

OUTSIDE MARKETS

The TSX equity index is trading flat, down 3 points to 12,846 in mid-day trade. U.S. stock markets are lower. The Canadian dollar is 7 basis points lower at $.9682 CAD/USD. Gold is $19.60 higher at $1,335.90/ounce. Crude oil is 63 cents lower at $101.83/barrel, while Brent crude is 56 cents lower at $107.21/barrel.
