MARKET SUMMARY

HRS wheat down 4 1/4 to 5 3/4 cents, corn down 12 1/4 cent (Sept) and 1 1/2 lower (new crop months), soybeans ended 35 to 37 1/4 cents lower (Old-crop) and 27 to 32 3/4 cents lower (new crop) while canola finished $10.80 to $11.50/mt lower.

OUTSIDE MARKETS

The TSX is 18.02 higher at 12,690.32 in mid-day trade. The Canadian dollar is 38 points higher at $.9718 CAD/U.S. dollar, while the U.S. dollar is .400 lower at 82.000. Gold is $9.30 higher at $1,329/ounce. NYMEX crude is 16 cents higher at $105.55/barrel, while Brent crude is 48 ...
