OUTSIDE MARKETS

The TSX is up 48.44 points today, currently at 12,278.91. The Canadian dollar is up 5 basis points at $1.0133 CAD/U.S. dollar. The U.S. dollar is .275 lower at 80.055 points. Gold is $3.70 lower, at $1,709.30. Crude oil is up 20 cents at $85.76/barrel, while Brent crude is up 79 cents at $108.12/barrel.
