OMAHA (DTN) -- As we near the close, December corn is down 1 cent, January soybeans are down 28 cents, and December Chicago wheat is up 2 cents. Friday's unexpected drop in soybean prices is the main story in grains and raises doubts about USDA's forecast of tight supplies for 2013-14. Corn is modestly lower as the market waits to hear EPA's decision on the ethanol mandate for 2014, possibly due out later on Friday.
