OMAHA (DTN) -- As we near the close, December corn is down 10 cents, November soybeans are down 6 1/4 cents, and December Chicago wheat is down 7 1/4 cents. Increased chances of rain for the north-central U.S. late in the seven-day forecast are pressuring grain prices. It is looking like December corn will close lower Friday, but higher on the week. If so, it will be the first higher weekly close in five weeks, helped by Monday's reduction in USDA's production estimate and Thursday's FSA report of 3.4 million prevented planting acres.
